We have a customer that has implemented Call Recording with the MiVoice Office App Suite(Phone Manager Product) via Port Mirror
Calls are Recording Successfully, but we have clipping on the Recorded Audio During Playback
Clipping isn't heard on the call
I did a wireshark to the NIC that the Port Mirror is sending calls to and Rebuilt the Call via the UDP/RTP Streams and I don't hear the clipping at that point, which is ahead of phone manager parsing the call. Has anyone ever heard the clipping via a Recorded call and if so, was there a resolution?
