Mitel Phone Manager mobile ios CallKit issue

Hi,

We are having issues with iOS CallKit not working as expected with Phone manager mobile. It seems that the CallKit is working intermittently. While phone is unlocked I receive calls as expected, but when I close/lock the phone or App the call comes up as a notification and rings only twice. I Have tested this on multiple iOS devices with the same outcome with or without CallKit function enabled.

We are running Mitel MiVoice Office 250 upgraded to version 5.2.25 as well as phone manager mobile version 10.1.391 .

I`v done some testing on iPhone 6, iPhone 8 and iPhone SE.

We don`t experience the same issue on android phones.
