Hello wonderful Mitel people -

I have the Nupoint Fax software up and running.  It works great with the exception of dialing long distance numbers.  I'm currently trying to use a string like this when I enter the fax number 15555555555, 1234    (Where 1234 is my personal long distance dial code).

Nupoint Fax server fails to send and the message seems to indicate that this dial string is trying to dial two numbers:
1234 then
15555555555

Does anyone know how this is normally performed?

Thanks!
Jason

Try it with 15555555555+1234

The comma is for using Lastname,Firstname which I can't confirm but suspect is why it's switching the order. The plus symbol indicates a Pause for one second so you can add another if it's not enough time.
