Hi, I have created a second dn group of 3 buttons that appears on a few 6940 phones for a second company trunks to ring on.  when they go to call history button it doesnt show any calls to this ring group.  It only shows calls to the main company phone number that rings to the phones primary dn.  the phone will display the caller id of calls to the second company but still doesnt show in history.

I would think call history should show all calls to the phone both in and out. am I missing a setting ?

No, Call History only shows calls to/from the prime line (key 1) of the phone.

Any work around?  customers are getting very frustrated

No. Mitel says they are working on improvements to Call History that will solve this, but no idea on when that will actually happen.
