112 DECT on Mivoice 250. DTMF doesnt seem to work

I have a DECT 112 set up as a SIP phone on a mivoice250. I can make calls to other extensions and receive calls on the DECT. But if I dial 400 (for voicemail) when the greeting prompts me to enter a mailbox number, the numbers are not recognised. Does anyone know of why the DTMF tones may not be working?

Check your DTMF Payload... Seems to me the MiVO 250 defaults to 96 and the 112 DECT defaults to 101... set them to match.
