Not completely. Changing the Long Key Press/Enable Device Configuration (the option name changed from MiVB 8.0 to 9.0) to 0 in the set's Class of Service will limit the options available without entering the admin password, but it can't be completely disabled.

what about access to the corp. directory? Can I limit this or disable it all together?

Try disabling "Multiline Set Phonebook Allowed" in the Advanced tab of the COS of the phone.

Thanks for that suggestion but it was already set to NO. I might have to change to a different model. Thanks for your help!
