We have two users who sit next to each other. They both have experienced the following issue however it happens to one of them 4-5 times a day and the other only a couple times a week.
When these users are on the phone sometimes they the call gets dropped and the phone display says "Out of Service. This only last for a few seconds and then the phone is back up. The phone does not reboot during this process.
Any ideas what may be causing this?
