It seems that the changes I make isn't updating in the call flow. Is there a amount of time I have wait for the change to take effect?
I'm running NuPoint 17.2.0.3.01. We have a new group of users which require a general mailbox. I created the mailbox and call flow.
Option 1 go to mailbox 1059.
Option 2, blind transfer to ext. 5001.
Option 3, blind transfer to ext. 5002 ect..
When I call into the call flow and press Option 0, it takes me to the attendant and not the mailbox 1059. Option 2 does nothing, Option 3 does nothing.
What am I missing that my call flows are not taking effect? Thanks in advance!
