NuPoint External Conference

Ultimate goal is to record calls with our MiVoice system.  Trying to come up with a solution, perhaps someone out there has done something like this. 

User travels using mobile device.  Thought is that this person can call INTO our NuPoint, input digits and get Conferenced with the external end point and we'd record the call.  Not all calls would be recorded.

MiVB 9.x; NuPoint 19.1.1.102.x; MiCollab 8.x

An extreme idea, perhaps an available iOS app will suffice.

several questions in the same, basically you want to do the conference and record it.

you have a magnificent tool called Miteams (in the cloud) in addition you have the right to 3 months of free trial, contact your reseller.

if not the other solutions: use the AWC but there is some configuration to do on the mbg / micollab.

or if not, the meetme conference on the Mivb but in addition to that, you must have a recording software (Mivcr)

Sunspark - thanks for the information.  The objective was to record some of the calls for some of our traveling staff who use mobile devices - leveraging our MiVoice Call Recorder.

Sounds like using the MiCollab Mobile Client will do the trick.  Still reading up on how this works and how to implement it.

From the client you will not be able to record your own communication, there is no button for that. But from the MiVoice call recorder  all communications we be recorded
