Problem with spa122 for a fax

Received a guide from mitel ( http://support.t38fax.com/support/solutions/articles/19000048684-cisco-spa122-2-port-phone-adapter )and have configured the unit, but we cannot fax out or receive faxes.
I have gone over the programming with Mitel tech support for the mivoice 250 side of things and the programming looks good.
Has anyone dealt with this issue before and what wass the resolution if there was one?

Tripoth,

This doesn't have anything to do with the MiVO-250.

It clearly states in the link you provided that it point to sip.t38fax.com:5080 which means the MiVO-250 has nothing to do with it.
