If you are what are you using?
does it integrate with your core well?
was the install life altering or not too bad?
Very curious if it works with Micollab as that would be amazing as we use it currently.
any recommendations or things I need to think about or look out for?

If you already have ACD groups set up Mitel Contact Center/Ignite integrate pretty well with MiCollab. Contact Center basically integrates from the information already programmed on the MiVB but there's a lot more you can do with it.
