Hi,

Newbie to this site and not very experienced with Mitel phones.  We've been rolling out desktop clients using the .msi to people's laptops to use from home (as some people are struggling with the Mitel App on their mobiles).  Most have been fine, but one user can't launch the MiCollab Client and connect properly unless she right clicks and selects 'run as administrator' and then I have to remote on and input the admin details.  Does anyone know what I've done wrong?  are there any permissions to folders I need to add?

Which version of MiCollab? The config files are stored in different places for 7.3 versus NextGen.
