What are you using for your integration with Team to activate the softphone?
I saw two option certified by mitel, Call2teams and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing using AudioCodes Mediant.
What are you using?
It's for a site using MiVB 9.0 and MiCollab 9.1. We want to use the team softphone instead of MiCollab Client.
