nvalid Service Level Change.
« on: October 06, 2020, 12:50:33 PM »
Trying to change a user Service Level and getting the error.   Trying to change from Full to Multi-device when i get teh error.  I have 30 Multi-device user licenses but no IP user licenses.  Is this the reason for the error?

you can't change it like that.

you need to create a new user .

you have to delete the user or delete only the extension

To change a user from full to multidevice, you don't need to delete the phone.

Go to the Multi-devices users group and add your phone DN.  It will change from full to muti-device
