Not sure how the system is suppose to send an email if the power goes out or it loses internet connectivity....

I was thinking some how have the SAD Tool do the checking. There has to be something that gets set out to the logs. If the log retrieved like an offline error, send an email. Maybe it's just wishful thinking. Thanks

We use SolarWinds for notifications. That’s everything on the network, not just phone systems.
