Hello Mitel community,

I'm working on a Mitel 3300

We have a phone tree where when a person selects option 2 it goes to the front desk, and if they don't pickup it goes to their VM.

I"m trying to add another extension it will go to before going to the VM of the front desk.

Currently I've setup a ring group where option 2 of the phone tree
rings at the front desk (1234) then rings the to backup line (1235)
but then I don't know how to send it to the VM of (1234).

There are multiple ways to do this, but some of your statement is confusing as Ring Groups do not have an "option 2"... The first one that comes to mind is using Call Rerouting, set the First Alternative to 1235 and the Second Alternative to VM and apply that call rerouting to 1234.
