Hello, can anyone please help me.
I have a few MiVoice Office 400s which SIP phone numbers(the numbers clients phone to get a hold of the business) lose registration and then registers again. This happens intermittently and then registers within 1 or 3 minutes.
I have spoken to the SIP provider and they said a '401 authentication' is send but no reply is given from the Mitel system. There is no firewall or restrictions on the network. The system is connected directly to the wireless router.
Any settings than I can check for this?
