External forwarding calls hangup

I have a mitel 3300 with forwarding setup to a to a mobile phone on my number.

It's working ok, but the mobile only rings  3 times before hanging up.

I'm trying to find a way to increase to 10 rings.

a bit more information on the problem I'm having..

I'm using Mitel communications director and the call forwarding to mobile is set under Users and Devices, User and Device Config, Service Details. I have the external hot desking number set to the mobile phone. I'm looking for an option that lets that number keep ringing and not hang up after only 3 rings

I found a manual for a Mitel 3000 but my version is 3300, so may be a bit different.
I've searched under notification delay, notification interval, call forwarding, rings etc

Any tips much appreciated! Thanks

You will need to modify the Call Forward No Answer Timer in the Class of Service for the External Hotdesk Number.

Rather than modify what's there it may be a better idea to copy that COS and create a new COS to modify for EHD's that need this setting.
