Divert Large amount of phones

Hey guys,

Just wondering if I can grab some help off somebody.

I have been looking through documentation and can't find a solution for my problem, however I am sure there will be people who have had the same problem as me.

There are 11 phones each individual phone needs diverting without the user of a 1st/2nd alternate where the user has basically no input.

There is one person that is going to divert the phones at the end of the night, the only way I could think of without adding the superkey would create call forward/cancel keys where the user at the end of the night walks around the office and presses the button on each phone.

Is there any better way of doing this?

Do you want all of the phones to go to the same answer point? Do you only want them to do so during a set period, say at night? If so change the call reroute always Night1 to the desired destination and put the system in night1.
