So I finally was able to reach Cloudlink support. Couldn't use our existing Cloudlink account, so I had to set up a new Cloudlink account, apply the licensing to it, switch MiCollab chat back to server-based, disconnect MiCollab from the old Cloudlink account, connect to the new one, test MiTeam (thankfully worked), then re-enable Cloudlink chat. Users had to exit/restart clients, but it's working. Just in time for us to all go WFH until further notice.
