I'm pretty new to this system, with the current virus issues having everyone working from home, this feature has become a priority.
the history: it used to work until they moved to office 365 about a year ago. (well before i started with the company)
i've tried many things i've seen online, port 587 smtp.office365.com etc and nothing has worked.
i have known good settings that work on our printers etc that are just standard port 25 and the relevant smtp address.
i've not had any success with about any combination of this i could think of.
can anyone throw me some pointers? i would be very appreciative! thanks.
