Absent status on Mivoice
« on: March 09, 2020, 05:25:00 PM »
Hi everyone,

Today a user called me saying she is not receiving calls from the ring group.
I checked Mivoice and I see the user in the ring group with Absent status.

On the deskphone the user only has 2 keys, one the reception extension and the other with the voicemail box the ring group.

How can I revert this? This is the first time that happens and I don't know why, appreciate all the help.

Thanks
Alex

Have you tried removing and re-adding them to the ring group?

Why not just make them present. You need to look at cos and feature codes to see why this happened IMHO

As john states, you can choose the user in the hunt group, click change and set to be present.
If you want to prevent the user from making this chnage it is a COS option. Something like "third patry group ....." yes/no
