The val5 only contains callflow info. Not sure if the mailbox info for messages is readily available. I would check both usr an var. Think the db may be in var

Although you can't restore, I think you can still do a backup within the console. This might shed some light on how one might do what you are trying

I made the backup but also with a comparison after entering a message number, I was unable to find a table with the info. I am disappointed :)

might be hex in the table, could also be decimal. One never knows

Hi Johnp

I found a table, but I can't find the one that contains the info of the messages

mitel_db
macschema.msvc_nupointvoicemailservicedatalist

I only miss the one where the system stores the status of the messages

Thanks ALessadnro

Sorry if I ask the question again, there is no way to know if a group mailbox has messages in its mailbox.

Through the console command, I can dump and see if there are any messages, but I want to do an automatic procedure, because I have many groups that I have to keep under control

Thanks Alessandro

Thanks

I solved the problem by building a script that checks the number of messages present. I'm just sorry that official Mitel doesn't have a site for its customers.

Company you don't have Cisco levels where you can find info and forums anywhere to your customers
