Hi,
All our iPhone users on the MiTel Connect app are having audio dropping from their end when speaking to anyone in the office using a wired phone on the ShoreTel/Mitel system.
When the remote user calls the wired user, they can speak for 30 minutes before having their audio drop. When a wired user calls the remote user on his MiTel connect extension, they can speak for 15 minutes before the audio drops.
Also, the remote user continues to hear the wired user, but the wired user cannot hear the remote MiTel Connect user.
This symptom only occurs with iPhone users, Android phones work fine.
Our main system is version 14, MiTel Connect version 10.10.1910/server version 9.5 1810.110
