We are trying to gather call logging on transferred calls. For example, when a customer calls in to our customer service, the call will be transferred to our sales support team. We would like to know how many calls are transferred in a given time frame. Is there a way to capture this data with the 5000?
We would like to start using MicroCall for our reporting needs, but they stated they only obtain SMDR output. From what I can tell, the 5000 can only provide information about when the call is received and when the call has ended. There does not seem to be any cradle to grave reporting.
Is there any way for me to obtain reports on transferred calls?
