I have an issue with one of our clients who complains of having a 15 - 20 seconds delay before hearing anything ringing or any sort of tone when dialing out. This happens to any number they call including mobile. There was an instance when one of the staff dialed a number, didn't hear anything and hung up. However the person she wanted to call saw a missed call on her phone and called her back. They use 5330 and 5340 Mitel phones onsite and none of the phones is on Teleworker. I just want to ask if there is anything i need to change on the MiVoice Office 250 DB before we check the network.
