Factory Reset
« on: October 23, 2019, 09:33:08 PM »
I have searched and searched and tried 6 or 8 suggestions.

How do I reset a 6867i to factory settings WITH NO PASSWORDS.
Volume up and down, 1 and #, down arrow and several others do nothing

Please help if you can.
Thanks,
Sean

When the phone is starting you can press the menu key (i thought after DHCP settings), then go to admin settings en try 22222. And then you can factory reset the phone.

Other ways of resetting i dont know.

It used to be hold down 1 & # while the phone is booting. This puts it into emergency mode where you can upload firmware This will factory reset it.

yes, just keep pressing 1 and # down as soon as the phone powers on and until you see web recovery on the LCD.
