Cordless Sip compatible with ACD Queues?
« on: October 10, 2019, 08:49:08 AM »
Hey guys,

We have a mitel 3300 and our users want a cordless phone.  They have a headset already (thats connected to mitel 5312 / 5324 IP phones) but they don't like those plantronics headset.  They want a cordless phone.

Well, wow!  Is that possible given that they're ACD queue group members and transfer calls to several different people and would require a contact list configured on this new device.

Any ideas on the subject matter?

This all came around after a visit from the ergo :x

Get a 6930 with a Bluetooth handset.
Minimum 3300 v8 to support 69xx phones.

Get a Mitel 112 DECT phone.
