uc360 setup mivoice 250

setting up a uc360 on a MiVoice 250.  Having trouble getting the uc360 to register with the MiVoice 250.  Are there any setup guides i can follow.  We have a demo system setup with a uc360 as a SIP device, and works fairly well just as a conference phone.  Just can't remember what we did to get it to work on the demo system.  We do have a Category F license.

There is nothing special about the UC 360 programming versus any other generic SIP Device except you need to make sure it has 4 call paths. Other than that it just needs a good secure username and password.

What you could try is setting the username and password to be the extension in the system and the UC 360 and see if that works. If it does then you just need to go in and change the password to something more secure.

Also, you may want to make sure the UC 360 is at the latest firmware version. I seem to remember there was a version that didn't like long complicated passwords, but I can't remember what version it was.
