Hello, We have three mitel MiVoice controllers, two are physical MXe and one is a virtual controller. We issue option 43 via DHCP to our devices, and our 5330e fleet are working fine.
I recently ordered and received a couple 6930's and upon boot they come up asking for Micloud connect or Mitel Border Gateway. Do these devices have the wrong firmware? Should I have ordered some sort of other SKU? I'm used to phones coming up asking to PIN in.
