Display name from CSV Directory on Mitel 6800i

Hi guys

I'm using Asterisk with one Mitel 6867i.

I need to display the caller's name during an incoming call if the caller's name is set in the user's directory

If the caller's name is in the local directory of the phone, the name is displayed correctly

but if I use the CSV distant directory, it doesn't work

Could you help me please?
