We have recently implemented the new version of Mitel together with Mivoice Business.
This is running on a Virtual Machine and works great except when someone calls with his number shown as private the call is not coming trough and on the cellphone that calls it just keeps going and doesnt do anything.
When we do a trace with wireshark we see unsupported media codec when we call with a private number.
We already bypassed the firewall by using another internet line but it doesnt do anything. We use SIP and when we test it on a pc using a SIP tester tool we can see that an anonymus number is calling. But the Mitel phones just dont ring. Mitel private number not coming trough is setup properly
