Contact your reseller and explain that you are having an issue with intermittent email. They should be able to contact Mitel support with just that information and Mitel will know what the problem is. I've had two customer within just the last month experiencing the same thing. Support noted their ticket with "Performed the SMTP Authentication fix on the system"

Mitel applied the patch and so far we are good. Thanks for all the helpful comments everyone.
