Integration of MiVoice 2380 with Kuando Busylight UC Alpha from pleanom

We are using Mitel MiVoice 2380 Softphone on Windows 10 along with Sennheiser DWPro2 headsets.
For some miraculous reasons the DWPro2 headset do not feature any ringer and the visual ringing indicator is so tiny that it is easy to overlook.
To improve this situation we have purchased a Kuando Busylight UC Alpha from pleanom.
The device is entirely configuration-less. We plug it in, restart MiVoice and voila: the LED of the Busylight correctly displays the status from MiVoice and flashes red on incoming calls.
However:
The Busylight also features a built-in audio ringer (not a windows audion device) which does *NOT* work on incoming calls with MiVoice.
It does work wenn triggered manually with the 'Busylight Manual Color Changer' app from Kuando.
We are wondering if anyone has successfully integrated Busylight with MiVoice with the audio ringer of the Busylight ringing on incoming calls with MiVoice and what we have to do to get it working.

I had to google the 2380, never heard of it, that's a set for the MiVo400 call controller. Nice looking.

I'd say you are in uncharted waters on this one, mate. You might get somewhere with Mitel professional services. If anyone has dealt with this kind of integration issue, it'd be them or they might be able to talk to R&D for suggestions.

But maybe someone on this board is your lucky angel Never know.
