Wow, the Mitel documentation is....Spartan.
I know how to go into the Administrator mailbox and record primary and alternate greeting sets, etc. No problem.
Here's what I can't figure - how do you 'activate' an alternate greeting set? Surely there's a way to do this via the Administrator mailbox.
In other words, our primary is greeting set 1.
I want to activate alternate greeting set 2 to answer calls.
How in the heck do you do this?
I'm so angry at myself for not figuring this out I'm grinding my teeth! I'm sure I'll be really chapped when I see how simple it is.
