Guys,

I programmed an MLAA with 1 main menu node and 3x (sub)menu node below it. Each of the (sub)menu node has 4x transfor only node.
So when someone dial 005997148888 they will hear:

Welkom the the peter pan shop if you know the extenshon you wish to reach you can dail it at anytime. For English press 1, for Spanish press 2 & for dutch press 3. The callflow when press 1 or 2 or 3 is ok. But during the greeting when i entered an extenshon it will not route my call to the extenshon i entered.

Can someone help me out with this issue i am having?

Within the setup of the voicemail, do you have it set to allow dialing to any extension? Otherwise, all the extensions have to have mailboxes for it to recognize them I believe.
