All calls got ot voice mail

New to the Mitel PBX. First post, How do I get my Desk phone from going to voice mail on all calls. It also gives fast busy when I try to dial out.

New to the Mitel PBX. First post, How do I get my Desk phone from going to voice mail on all calls. It also gives fast busy when I try to dial out.

Change your Call Rerouting 1st Alternative to the appropriate reroute entry. 1 is the default which is usually "do nothing", and 2 or 3 is for voicemail, but it's all software defined so we can't really say exactly. Look at a phone that has working VM and set it the same as that one.
