Hunt Group - I will wait
«

We currently have 16 TNs for our teletime server and have roughly 400 employees. At 5 o'clock when everyone clocks out obviously several employees will get a busy signal. Is there a way through Class of Service to have these calls automatically go to I will wait instead of presenting a busy signal?
thanks

I'm restating to make sure I understand:
At 5pm all, or most, employees calls the teletime server to clock out, but there are only 16 paths to accommodate the load?

Why wouldn't you just let them camp-on to the group... Or make the 16 TN's a Ring Group and with a longer Call Queue timer?
Honestly... 16 lines for 400 employees to use at the same time seems... umm... incredibly inefficient.
