Phone Tree Dial "0" destination
« on: April 11, 2019, 10:47:22 AM »
Good Morning All,

Our 33300 was setup to handle 1 company number and now we have merged with another company and now there are 2 company numbers.  Since we just merged two companies we have a problem.  We need to find a way to take the DIAL "0" option away from callers at the top level of our phone tree.  The 2 main numbers are setup in SYSTEM SPEED CALLS to point to two different ACTUAL NUMBERS (7770 and 1101) One is VM hunt group and one is the Operator Ext.

Currently people dial both numbers but eventually we will just have the one main number but that might be a while.  What we need people to do is to not press "0" and only have the option for 1 and 2.  Is there a way to do with with a phone tree??  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Perry
