sip trunk between mitel and cisco

Hi all
I am newbie in mitel and i have a problem on sip trunking .
I created a sip trunk between mitel and cisco and it works fine but there is a problem about RAD playing.
1.when cisco user calls to my ACD path and if the agents be free on of the ringing and get call successfully but when mitel agent put th call on hold the cisco user dose not hear music on hold.

2.when agents be busy (in normal and external callers) the external callers hear your are in Q,but
when a cisco user calls to busy acd path when the RAD starts playing the call disconnect suddenly.

please help me .

I would look at Suppress simulated ccm before ISDN progress in the COS of the trunks in the Mitel.

PM me your SIP Peer Profile or post it as well as System Options and Class of Service. What release are you on as well?

I have the same problem too.

If a call manager user call a Mitel user and the mitel one put on hold, the cisco user cannot hear the MOH.

Someone can help me?

I check class of service and followed mitel document file ,but I find the cisco MOH played for mitel user and mitel user cam hears cisco MOH but cisco user could not hear mitel MOH.please help us.
