RFP 35

Hello, I am new to this forum,  We just received 2 RFP 35 ip antennas and 2 612 dect phones.  I am able to access the antennas but I am not able to subscribe the phones to the antennas.  Every time I enter in the subscription code the phone just sits there for 5 minutes then tells me it failed.  Would appreciated any help with this.  Thanks in advance.
