We are rolling out MiCollab clients for the first time and are also trying to make use of the web client.
The web client (8.0.208 build:58) seems to work fine in Chrome and Firefox, however IE 11 refuses to display the Softphone On/Off dialog in the bottom right corner of the page.
Has anyone seen this or got any suggestions?
I have tried adding the server URL and IP address to trusted sites and to compatibility settings, turned security levels to lowest, played with F12 emulation document level settings, disabled AV etc but cannot get the dialog to display, despite the fact that it is supposed to be compatible with 'IE 10 or later'.
Any ideas ?
