Busy Light indicator

I have a customer with a reception phone and Jabra wireless headset.
They want a light that will let people know when the receptionist is on the phone so people stop trying to talk to them.
I have seen options for old fashioned analog devices but they are using all IP phones.

Any ideas?

What headset? Jabra sells Busy Lights (in-use indicator lights) that connect to the headset base for many models.
