We have a Mitel phone system running Micollab 8.1.1.11. We have users currently configured under one type of role and want to switch them to remote worker role. Our support vendor has advised that to do this we would have to delete all the users current settings including voicemail and recreate the user under the new role.
Is this correct, it seems an complicated and time consuming way to change a users role. Any feedback would be appreciated
