Tapi driver needed

I am after a windows tapi driver for a Mitel 5000 series phone system.
I would like to link to a third party product  which requires tapi integration enabled.

I can tell you why I would like one - we use a CRM application for our help desk that has TAPI integration.   If it was enabled, any of my staff would be able to click the phone icon next to a contact and the system would automatically dial the number, and create an activity that we called them with a timestamp on it.

any thoughts on where /how to get that TAPI connection set up?
