Offline Licensing to 3300 MxEIII

I have a customer that is adding a couple user licenses to their app record. I added them in the AMC and cannot sync the system as it is offline. I have the lk zip file but am having difficulty finding the offline licensing instructions as it seems to be different per product line. Does anyone have an insight on how this is done.

Use the software installer tool, check fresh install and deselect all but licensing. If you pc can get to the internet via a second nic or wifi or the nework it is on can route to the system and provide internet access it should either work or generate a file on you pc to get the license.

does the pabx have the arid visible or is it using a password
if its using a password , generate a new one in amc

then use that on the MIVB

if the MIVB doesnt display the arid ( offline mode) then changing the MIVb from offline licensing to online by adding the ARID back in may instigate a pabx restart

Thanks guys. I was able to hit retrieve licenses from the system and it worked. Apparently it was online, but i could not push the updated license from the Mitel cloud.
