Hi All,
I got an issue with one of our customer, they have a SIP trunk connected directly to All-Stream SIP box.
the customer sometimes facing calls drop when trying to park and pick up the calls or when they transfer the calls.
The call quality is good and there is no drops call during the conversation, so I guess the internet connection is fine.
Any idea why is this happen? Could the bandwidth limit cause this issue?
If there are any logs can help me for more investigation?
