drop calls when park /pick up and transfer

Hi All,

I got an issue with one of our customer, they have a SIP trunk connected directly to All-Stream SIP box.
the customer sometimes facing calls drop when trying to park and pick up the calls or when they transfer the calls.
The call quality is good and there is no drops call during the conversation, so I guess the internet connection is fine.
Any idea why is this happen? Could the bandwidth limit cause this issue?
If there are any logs can help me for more investigation?

MiSam,

You would need to look at the SIP Messages on the MiVO-250 to see what is happening.

This will require the system to be put in On-Line Monitor Mode to access the flags necessary to see the output.

Make sure that Extended Message Print is turned on.

Set the General Flag under SIP Peers and then the specific flag under the SIP Peer Profile for the trunks.

Once you see the SIP messages that should show you the issue.
