PMS TRACE capture
« on: January 14, 2019, 08:29:21 AM »
Hi guys,

I am wondering if anyone knows how I can capture the output of the PMS TRACE maintenance command other than in the maintenance command window? I need to have a longterm capture as I am having an issue which seems to me that PMS software is not sending the correct data to the PBX when rooms are being checked in. This is via an IP connection, not serial.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Gerry

Telnet to the controller via a telnet program that allows you to log the session to a file, and keep the session open. I've used both putty and TeraTerm (both free) to do this.
