Hey there, I'm pretty new to the Mitel 3300 and come from the CS 5000 world. I've been looking at doing an integration with a Mitel 3300 system and one obstacle I've encountered is auto-dialing a link within a browser (firefox).
What from your experience is the best way to approach this? Is there an application which should do this out of the box or should we look towards the API to make the call? I have tried making an API call with an admin API account, but I'm getting a permission error. Should I be making the API call from the employee credentials or am I over thinking this?
