When user presses voicemail button on phone, it rings a different extension's mailbox.
I can't find 1606 extension referenced anywhere.

In Phone Manager, the 1606 shows up as well. (See attachment)

brennan_latrell,

It appears as though 1606 had left a message for this phone to call it back. So basically it is user error or misunderstanding on how to use the Message Notification button.

If it was in mistake then just have them press the * key after pressing the Message Notification button.

Thanks,

TE
